Through experience Jeff garnered strong qualifications in general management, business planning, systems technology design and implementation, and staff development/leadership.

As a recent graduate of UTC with a BS in accounting, this applicant is looking for a full time position to utilize her education and past job experiences. She has worked several temporary positions while studying for her degree and preparing for her CPA test. She recently worked as a bookkeeper for the controller of a major company in the Chattanooga area while someone was on maternity leave. In addition to her experience as a bookkeeper she has bank reconciliations, and tax experience. She is looking start her full time career where she will be able to utilize her degree and continue her education.

If what you need is a girl Friday that can do everything Terri is the perfect candidate. She worked for her previous employer for ten years which speaks highly of her stability and work ethic. She has many job skills that would make her a perfect candidate in almost any field. She has accounts payable experience along with her human resource background. She has processed payroll and has some collection exp. Her strengths and interest are accounts payable but she is capable of any aspect of human resource. She is working on a temporary assignment but would love the chance to go directly to another one when completed.

Versatile Administrative Assistant

Lindsey is a recent college graduate who is looking for a position that will utilize her many skills and her previous office experience. She tested very well and would be a great admin asst in any office. Her tests scores were word 97 excel 100 basic office skills 94 data entry 8570 and power point 97. She also has some conversational foreign language ability along with her impeccable computer skills. She is a very polished poised young woman that would be a perfect front office candidate for the company concerned with first appearances and has the ability to multitask.

This staff accountant is capable of much more than her title. She worked 13 years on the east coast for a CPA firm handling the account of a major clothing designer. She had many duties which included payroll taxes W2’s, reconciliation, and financial statements. She has experience in a variety of computer applications including but not limited to AS400, SAP, and QuickBooks.  In addition this candidate has strong experience working in AP and AR with a great understanding of the general ledger.  Since moving to the South she held positions as an accounts payable clerk, bookkeeper and staff accountant. She is available for full time employment or to assist with that time sensitive project.  Her skills and experience will make her a great addition to any office.

She has managed all financial aspects of a non-profit organization as a full charge bookkeeper and as a fundraising coordinator. Mary also has been in charge of creating promotional materials for distribution which included school handbooks, pictorial directories and informational booklets. Special events, fundraising, human resource, and marketing are all areas of experience that make this candidate an ideal choice for every office need.  She possesses a willingness to learn all she can about a position and is open to any suggestions for improvement. The phrase going above and beyond certainly fits this candidate
